About This Course:
Sure you know what to do in an emergency situation, you know how to shoot a firearm, and you’re smart enough to know how to protect yourself and your family.
But there’s one little detail that sits in the back of your mind…are you strong enough?
If any of these situations called for your physical strength would you be able to do it? Would you be able to drag someone out of a burning house? Pull someone out of floodwaters? Would you be able to run fast enough to save someone’s life? Would you have that kind of strength and confidence in yourself?
When I first started training to assist in emergencies, I can tell you from personal experience it scared me. I realized I wasn’t anywhere near the physical requirements needed to pull someone out of floodwaters, or lift a car if I really needed to.
I began to work on my physical and mental strength, and from that I created a 3 step system to getting stronger and more confident.
By building physical strength and the mindset that goes with that, I now have the confidence I need to KNOW without a doubt I can help in any emergency situation.
This is for you if:
-You’ve ever had thoughts during training like “I suck at this” or “Why do i even try”-any limiting belief
-You feel defeated, frustrated, and disappointed with your progress
-You want to become better at the trainings MALC offers, but sometimes you just aren’t sure you have what it takes
-You’re a first responder, but the thought of helping someone when the time calls for it leaves you feeling uneasy and doubtful
-You’re sick of doubting yourself, the criticism, and the self judgement
If you can relate, than this workshop is for you. We’ll be going through your belief systems, working through the BS, and we will build out a strategy so you can rewire your brain and your fitness for success.
