About This Course:
If you currently own, or have plans to own a firearm, there are several laws you should know and understand. If you ever find yourself using a firearm, knife, or even your bare fists in a defensive situation, knowing what to do and say after the fact can prevent you from possibly being arrested or sued. Expanding your collection to include short barreled rifles or shotguns (which both have home defense applications), will mean you not only need to know Indiana law, but Federal law as well.
Presented by Attorney Marc Halata. Marc received his BA degree from Purdue University and his Law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law. He is an avid shooter and supporter of the Second Amendment. In his free time he refinishes, repairs, and customizes firearms and holsters. He is one of the highest regarded experts on firearms law, FFL services, and creation of NFA Trusts.
This seminar will include in-depth coverage of the topics below, as well as giving you the opportunity to ask other questions after.
