About this Course:

In Understanding and Controlling Fear you learned about real fear, anxiety, altercation stress, and some methods to deal with each.

This class will teach you how to be able to better deal with the amygdala response and handle a crisis like a professional.

While the methods taught were designed to be used in extreme situations, they work equally well in everyday stress / fear management.

How core values affect your physiology

How to rapidly develop thought patterns and influence emotions

How to manage your energy and focus your attention to react properly

Exercises to become unconsciously skilled in stress response
