About this course:

This course is designed to give the dog lover, competitor, or K9 handler the necessary information and skills to stabilize an injured or sick animal until qualified veterinarian care is available.

If you work with dogs, have dogs at home, or just love dogs in general, this is a “must take” course.   The course will give you confidence that no matter the emergency, you will be able to provide care that will help for the best possible outcome.

Course Topics:

  • K9 CPR
  • Broken Bones
  • Seizures
  • Electrical Injuries
  • Torn or punctured feet pads
  • Gunshots / Stabs
  • Poisoning
  • Bloat
  • Choking

There will also be a review of items you will want in your medical kits for treating K9s.
