About This Course:

Classic Design. Modern Skill.

There’s a reason the revolver has stood the test of time. Iconic, reliable, and surprisingly versatile, the revolver still holds a respected place in the world of personal defense. But don’t let its simplicity fool you—operating a revolver effectively requires a different set of skills than today’s more common semi-automatic handguns.

Whether you're considering a revolver for everyday carry, backup use, or simply want to master a timeless platform, this course provides a solid foundation for safe, confident, and effective revolver handling.

You’ll leave this course with a deep respect for what the revolver can do—and the skills to make it work for you. Whether you're dusting off a family heirloom or carrying a snub-nose for personal defense, this is the class that bridges tradition with tactical readiness.

Course Topics:

  • Proper grip and stance specific to revolvers
  • Understanding single-action vs. double-action operation
  • How to run a revolver under stress
  • Combat reloads with and without a speedloader
  • Managing recoil and follow-up shots
  • Maintenance tips to keep your wheelgun running
  • When and why a revolver outperforms a semi-auto
